When millions of users rely on your products, digital safety can’t be left to chance. A global tech giant found itself grappling with fragmented data sources and manual processes that made it difficult to monitor global safety incidents and report efficiently to country leaders. To solve this, they partnered with Microsoft Fabric Featured Partner, Valorem Reply, to design and implement a digital safety system that could unify their data and automate critical reporting tasks. Using Microsoft Fabric as the backbone, we created a seamless, integrated platform that consolidates safety metrics from various data sources into one reliable system. This modern platform automates the generation of country-specific reports, enabling quicker, real-time insights that help governments and internal teams respond more effectively to safety incidents. To further support their internal product team, we developed a Power App to streamline the collection of survey and product information, making data entry faster and more efficient. Additionally, we created a Power BI dashboard featuring a Visio map to visually track the flow of each product and its associated harm metrics. With this new system in place, the company is better equipped to meet regulatory requirements across all regions, while also driving continuous improvements in the digital safety features and capabilities within their software products. What used to be a slow, manual reporting process has been replaced by a powerful, scalable solution that empowers the company to focus on what matters most: protecting people and reducing safety risks.
Microsoft Fabric is transforming how this global software company manages and reports on digital safety data. The new system not only accelerates report generation but also enhances their ability to drive product safety improvements across multiple regions worldwide.
