The client was planning a strategically important program to transition from on-premise infrastructure to a modern, cloud-based workplace, encompassing Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and network optimizations. The client had previously had significant challenges recruiting internal expertise at the required level for this transformational program.

Valorem Reply UK was engaged to enable and support their future strategic plans. This included providing senior architecture capability and expertise, with hands-on experience, to lead the architectural design, governance, and technical oversight practices for the program.
The program focused on two key areas:
- Accelerating cloud adoption and optimization
- Selecting, designing and implementing appropriate cloud technologies
The architecture capability provided the client with the following expertise:
- Architectural design of both the Azure Landing Zone and modern managed devices
- Best practice security governance and automation frameworks and controls
- Technical guidance and leadership for all aspects of the program
- Strategic advice, guidance, and support for technology adoption, migrations and optimizations
- Oversight of technical implementations and infrastructure deliverables
- Collaboration across a mixture of internal and external teams to enable successful delivery
RESULTS
Valorem Reply UK supported the client to deliver the large transformational programme successfully. We enabled the client to transition from a complex technology and application estate with on-premises data centres and limited internal expertise to a cloud-first approach with substantially reduced complexity and new cloud technologies.
To enable the client to run the new cloud estate and managed devices we supported them with building their internal expertise, including recruiting permanent capability and upskilling their teams to ensure long-term success.
Our partnership with the client continues and we are supporting them to complete the final phases of the program.
