We are thrilled to announce that Valorem Reply has won the 2024 Microsoft Nonprofit Partner of the Year Award! The Microsoft Nonprofit Partner of the Year Award is an annual award that recognizes the Microsoft partner that has demonstrated excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology in the nonprofit sector. The award winner is selected from a global pool of nominees by a panel of Microsoft executives and industry experts.

We are honored to be this year's Nonprofit Partner of the Year,” says Ryan McCamy, Practice Lead of Tech for Social Impact (TSI) at Valorem Reply. “It means a great deal to our team members to be recognized for the quality of the work they have applied for the betterment of our community.

Valorem Reply is a longtime Microsoft partner and has achieved all six solutions partner designations in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program. With a dedicated nonprofit practice that understands the unique challenges and opportunities of the sector, we have helped nonprofits of all sizes and causes to optimize their operations, engage their stakeholders, and amplify their impact. Some examples of how we have recently leveraged Microsoft technology to help advance nonprofits’ mission impact include:

  • CARE: We created an Azure OpenAI-powered solution that analyzes open-ended survey responses to gauge emergency readiness, identify areas of improvement, and prepare for crises.
  • Goodwill of Orange County: We designed a mobile application that uses Azure AI Services to streamline ShopGoodwill.com's listing process and reduce the manual effort required from staff with diverse disabilities.
  • AI for Good: We built an Azure OpenAI-powered digital experience to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings in World War II that showcases the historical significance of the events through a mapping tool, a visualization of events, and an interactive AI knowledge base.

Giving back to the communities around us is a core pillar of our culture and mission at Valorem Reply. Through the work of our employee-led Valorem Gives organization and Microsoft's Tech for Social Impact team, we have given back to the communities around us by volunteering our time, resources, and expertise to help fulfill missions.

We have and will continue to make the world a better place because we take the time to better those around us,” says Nicholas Burton, Manager of Tech for Social Impact at Valorem Reply. “We understand the importance of the many missions around the world and the impact the nonprofits have on their area communities. With their perseverance, coupled with our financial and technological support from business, these nonprofits can concentrate on what they do best.”

At Valorem Reply, we believe technology is an enabler for individuals and organizations to make a positive impact in the world, faster and more cost effective than ever. Through our strong partnership with the Microsoft CELA, Philanthropies, and TSI teams and strategic focus on Microsoft technologies, we are building a strong and meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector.
